Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer shipping across the United States. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location and may take 10–21 business days. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@driftndown.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
